1. Introduction & Acceptance

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent activity, malicious software, or bots.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to steal or misuse another user's account information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behavior toward jao9 staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Abusing bonus offers or creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus farming.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the jao9 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Welcome Bonus:

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total to be wagered.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• jao9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

7. Gaming Rules
